NO REFUNDS

I do not offer refunds of any kind. If you have a problem with your hair after leaving the Salon, you have 72 hours to contact Alena to discuss your needs going forward. I am happy to fix any problems with you, but please note that there is a difference between a “fix” and changing your mind.

CANCELLATIONS

48 hours advanced notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hour notice, or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment, will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to approximately 50% of the service price.

LATENESS POLICY

Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation Fees will apply.

**IT IS A PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON. HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGED CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION, IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST.
